We only charge when we introduce you to a successful holiday reservation.
All marketing, photographs and home valuation is FREE.
Our service is FREE to advertise your property. Let Arran Holidays use its huge
property experience to advertise your Holiday Cottage where it is going to be seen.
By instructing Arran Holidays you will receive the following services: -
- Your full advert on www.arranholidays.net including
up to 8 photos, location map and availability calendar.
- FREE promotion on 9 or more leading UK property and holiday rental sites - all managed
by us with no extra work.
- Free basic promotion on 4 European sites including a free simple translation.
- Free Google advertising campaign with www.arranholidays.net
- Exposure in major search engines.
All this for just 12% NO VAT for the first 10 lets and 15% NO VAT thereafter.
We are also able to manage all "change overs" and have reliable staff
to assist.
We can maintain gardens and lawns and all matters of general home maintenance.
Our Fee Structure
12% NO VAT on the first 10 Holiday reservations taken by us. 15% NO VAT on subsequent
reservations.
Setup fee £100 recouped by taking £25 from each of the first 4 lets.
We ask for a £100 holding deposit from the client making the reservation, with the
balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to holiday.
All payments to owners are made prior to the holiday, once payments have been cleared
by the bank.
Payments are generally made monthly to Owners.
Change Overs
To make matters simple, we charge £15.00 per bedroom (standard twin, double, and
twin bunks) plus £30 per clean (standard 2 and 3 bedroom cottage).
Garden Maintenance
Depending on size of lawn between £30 to £60 per cut.
General Gardening £15 per hour.
