Description In an elevated position on the southern tip of the Island, these two delightful properties command stunning views over the Ayrshire and Wigtownshire coastlines, westwards to Ireland and beyond.
The cottages are semi-detached, but offer complete peace and privacy. These newly renovated properties have a spacious layout which has been very well designed to result in two individual and very stylish homes. Each has a patio and fenced private garden.

1 Double bedroom downstairs.
2 Twin bedrooms upstairs.
Smaller lumber room with space for cot.
Cot available on request.
Sunny lounge with open fire.
Spacious sitting/dining room.

All main rooms have patio doors to garden.
Beautiful bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
Lovely shower room upstairs.
All electric plus open fire.

Clydesdale horses, and storing hay, corn etc.

GETTING TO SHANNOCHIE
From Brodick Pier, head south for approximately 15 miles. You will pass through the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay then come to a sign for Kildonan - keep right on the inland road (the left turn is the low road through Kildonan village). Continue on for another 3 miles. There is a sign on the left at Shannochie roadend. Just turn in and you are at Barnstable and Eryb.
Kilbride Cottage sits on the right hand side approx. 1/4 mile further on.
